What is the temperature range of using QDC covert earpiece?

:
Do not store the covert earpiece outside or in damp ambient conditions. Keep them clean, dry and at normal air humidity, If not stated otherwise, the followingtemperature ranges are allowed for the products: -10℃-55℃ for operation, -40℃-80℃ for storage.

What is the warranty and how do you deal with the defective products?

The duration of the warranty for defects in parts or workmanship is one year from the date of purchase. If it is the product's own problem, we will offer exchange and maintaining service for free. Any responsibility for incidental or consequential damages will be refused. Maintaining will be taken certain charge for elements and manpower

How to care and maintain the QDC covert earpiece?
A
:
Covert earpiece is a high tech product and should be treated with care. Avoid dropping it on hard surfaces as this may cause internal failures. Hygiene is very important. Clean it after each use with a soft tissue or other hearing aid approved cleaning material. Do not immerse the covert earpiece into water, if it is not expressly specified for this purpose. And do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents or strong detergents to clean. Check the cerumen filter frequently. The cerumen filter protects the covert earpiece against blockage from earwax and can be cleaned or replaced if required.

What may result in the QDC covert earpiece low volume and low speech quality?
A
:
Volume too low—Check the cerumen filter is not blocked. Noise—Caused by magnetic interference. Increase distance from magnetic source until covert earpiece becomes quiet again.
Constant hissing—Change the battery.

If the QDC covert earpiece has no signal, what is the reason?
A
:
Generally speaking, there are three kinds of circumstance:
1) Check covert earpiece is switched on.
2) Check the battery is OK and installed with the (+) sign facing inwards.
3) Check the battery sticker has been removed.
